Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to reach attractions like the ferries and train station. Many appreciate the large, clean rooms, sometimes located on high floors like the 31st, and the comfortable beds, also enjoying city views from suites that some found offered good value. While most found the buffet breakfast satisfying, a few guests felt it was limited in options compared to typical buffets.

Average Stay with MINOR ISSUES

acceptable locationmissing towelsunderwhelming breakfast
The hotel location was acceptable to me.
I was frustrated that the pool lacked towels. I waited a long time and had to get towels from my room! the breakfast was underwhelming, and there were no plates available initially. Later, a queue formed for coffee cups.

the hotel is very close to public transportation. i walked to circular quay and the opera house easily. the lobby staff were always helpful and quick to open doors (a nice touch!).
the minibar took up most of the fridge space, difficult to store our own drinks and snacks.
Service

staff offered prompt service, and the lobby butlers greeted every guest. the staff was friendly and competent (always good to see). they provided useful information regarding nearby attractions and transportation.
Facilities
8/10

The room was spacious, but the noise from the street bothered me. Breakfast was quite poor. The quality didn't match the hotel price. The scrambled eggs were especially bad, they looked and tasted strange.

Excellent CBD Stay

huge roomhelpful staffcomfortable bedseasy access
The room was huge and had everything I needed. It was easily accessible by train from the airport. The front desk staff were great, as were the concierge and housekeeping teams. The double queen beds are very comfortable.
The breakfast variety was good but perhaps less and better organized would be preferable.
Rooms

The room was clean, and I had a lovely view. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the well-kept condition of the entire space.
Facilities

The indoor pool is nice and well kept. The hotel location is excellent, very close to the train station and tram stops. It is easy to reach many of the popular attractions.
